Online purchases

Items may only be returned for a store credit within 30 days of purchase date online using the link above. Once your request for a return has been approved, you have 14 days to return it. Please return by mail at the buyer’s cost using the link above. If you’d like to save the shipping cost and are local, you can drop off your return in store at Charlotte Collective. If you’re dropping off in store, you must still first submit a return request using the button above. However, the store, Charlotte Collective, will not be able to issue a store credit because our sales systems are separate. Once dropped off, a store credit will be issued within 1-3 business days. When returning your item by mail or in store, please include the packing slip from your order.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days of purchase date or 14 days from the approved return request if the item has yet to be received. All sales are considered final at that point. For all returns, items must still have the tags attached and never worn. Items will not be accepted if tags have been removed or if the item has been damaged in any way.

In-store purchases

Items may only be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase at Charlotte Collective. You must have a receipt of your purchase, and a refund will be issued to your payment source.

No returns will be accepted after 14 days, and all sales are considered final at that point. All items must still have the tags attached and never worn. Items will not be accepted if tags have been removed or if the item has been damaged in any way.

Sale items

All items marked as Sale are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. This does not include the use of discount codes, but only items marked as a Sale item. All Sale items are listed under our Sale section on the website.
